Abstract :
In order to provide a set of simple interfaces of using the mobile location service capability to IT developers, the paper presents a web services-based mobile location access gateway by using the design idea of Parlay X API, and designs the system structure and the external interfaces of the access gateway, and implements an MLP-based mobile location access gateway. The test results show that the gateway can work and has a good performance.
