Abstract
In this paper, we first analyzes the goal of system integration on B2B e-commerce in IT distributor from operational efficiency, market responsiveness, service quality and channel coverage. Focusing on the key integration methods of B2B e-commerce with ERP, call center, workflow, we gradually build a complete trading platform with uniform basic information and efficient data exchange. Through a case study, we demonstrate the value of system integration to improve operational efficiency in the modern business environment.
