Abstract :
The summarized results and recommendations are presented of a prototype performance-trending study sponsored by the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), with NASA Headquarters support. The acquirement of this recognition capability is statistically addressed through the expansion of an arbitrary probability density function (PDF) of the Gram-Charlier series (GCS) type. This PDF is utilized to assess the relative deviation of any future measurement confidence bounds for launch commit criteria. As a result, the probabilistic assessment of time-varying measurement fluctuation stability can be identified in terms of these historical measurement profiles
