After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the deep development of economic globalization and integration, internationalization has become an unenviable question. In this paper, we give the Definition of Internationalization at first. Secondly, we describe the Indicators of Internationalization. Thirdly, we analysis the theoretical basis of Internationalization from the perspective of theory of Global Value-Chain and the Ricardian Theory of Comparative Advantage. At last we put up with the motivation analysis of Internationalization in China. There are many motivation of Internationalization, such as, market motivation, resource motivation, cost motivation, policy motivation, the reason for restructuring and so on.
