Abstract :
Work-integrated learning is the inevitable requirement of Higher vocational education law. It has currently become the theme of active exploration of talent training mode reform of vocational colleges. Improving educational reform and training professional technical personnel largely depends on the dual-qualification teachers construction. This paper proposes dual-qualification teachers team construction scheme under work-integrated learning aiming at Automation specialty in higher vocational teachers present situation.
