Abstract :
This paper presents that: (1) the analysis of rock fractures are very important in many real rock engineering applications; (2) it is necessary to apply image processing techniques into multiple rock fracture analysis by considering that the rock was cut into natural blocks; and (3) the newly studied methodology is valuable for presenting multiple rock fracture, the developed algorithms have been tested in a laboratory and the work satisfactorily.
