Abstract :
Operating guideline (OG) meets the high privacy requirements of services. It also has a solid theoretic basis, is supported by algorithms, and allows analyzing the compatibility of service composition. In real scenario, temporal constraints are regarded as an important aspect to ensure the correctness and QoS in service composition. Existing methods of OG have not fully investigated the issue of timed compatibility for service composition under temporal constraints. In this paper, we present an OG based approach to analyze composition compatibility of services under temporal constraints. Firstly we propose timed operating guideline (TOG) to model participant services in a composition, which can characterize all correctly interactive partners of a service under temporal constraints, and guarantee the business privacy or independence of them. Secondly, the automatically constructing of TOGs is presented, which helps the providers to generate the TOGs for their services. Thirdly, we present the criterion of timed compatibility of TOGs and the automatically analyzing procedure of timed compatibility to support users of services. Finally, we validate our approach by a real example of e-commerce scenario.
