Abstract :
In a supply chain system, business entity´s collaboration attitude influence production activities and the whole supply chain directly. Current researches on business entity´s collaboration attitude in supply chain almost fall into two broad classes: ´completely cooperative´ and ´completely self-interested´. Few researches work on entity´s capability to adjust its attitude in a complex collaboration system. The main purpose of this research is to develop a flexible intelligent production control model. Intelligent agent is used because of its prominent attributes. In this paper, a collaboration attitude choice and agent-based intelligent production control model in dynamic supply chain system is presented. For a given production plan, several business entities get together to form a temporary supply chain, and every entity has a capability to choose its attitude in cooperation: it can be ´completely cooperative´, ´completely self-interested´, or even any other flexible attitudes between these two extreme cases. Collaboration attitudes of entities control the whole production process directly, and influence the profit improvement of each entity and the whole supply chain. At last, a simulation was presented. The results of simulation show that business entities´ diverse collaboration attitudes have distinctly different influences on the whole supply chain´s profit and the business entities´ profit.
