Abstract :
Since a dielectric lens antenna has narrow beamwidth, low side lobes and scanning capability, it is considered as the promising candidate for the antenna of future mobile communication systems and ITS services. In this paper, the ray tracing method is applied to the lens antenna with arbitrarily shaped inner and outer surfaces.
