Abstract :
In this paper, we study chaotic behaviors in the time-delayed fractional-order neuron network system. Basic properties of the system are analyzed by means of Lyapunov exponents and waveform diagrams. Nonlinear control theory is extended to the time-delayed fractional-order neuron network system. Moreover, chaos synchronization is investigated by the Laplace theorem. The study and experiment indicate that the chaos in fractional order neuron networks could be controlled and synchronized.
