Under the background of global economy and knowledge economy, the focus of the competition among enterprises is the competition among human resources, which are the most precious resources for modern enterprises. Enterprise culture is formed as a new managerial theory, demanding that human resource management pay more attention to humanity management and employee´s personal development; fully mobilize human´s positivity, initiative and creativity. And developing and exploiting human resource demands that the enterprise culture really focus on “human centered”. Therefore, there is the unity of human resources management and building enterprise culture. How to build enterprises culture within human resources management and embody that human is the focus in building enterprise culture? This paper adopts making enterprise culture development melt into the process of human resource management and improving contents of building enterprise culture within human resources management as concrete measures to deal with the question, which is most important for improving the managerial theory study and advancing the managerial level of enterprises in China.
