Abstract :
For further study on the current models of electronic forensics, an electronic judicial identification model based on three-dimensional trusted electronic evidence acquisition model is proposed. The model implements linear process control, evidence supervision, time constraints and legal constraints and trusted fix of electronic data for the whole process of judicial identification. By establishing political and judicial certification authority, it achieves mutual trust and mutual recognition between relevant agencies and the court in the whole process of evidence collection and identification, and ensures their own safety and legal effect on evidence supervision chain. At last, it verified the correctness of the model by case analysis.
