Abstract
The low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR), range migration and Doppler spectrum spread of the targets´ echo are the three troublesome problems for traditional radar. Aim at these problems, a novel radar signal processing algorithm combined the Keystone transform and the MDCFT is proposed in this paper. The range cell migration is compensated by the Keystone transform, then the coherent integration of the Doppler spectrum spread echo is performed by the MDCFT. The algorithm can perform the parameter estimation at the same time of detecting the targets. Moreover, the algorithm can still be done even if the data is undersampled. Finally, the computational complexity and the performance of the method are analyzed, and the effectiveness of the method is verified by the simulation experiments.
