Abstract :
There are many in-pulse characteristic parameters which can be used for sorting and recognizing radar emitter signal, and they are all influenced by SNR. This paper picks up a novel method to analyzing the stability of in-pulse characteristic parameters, and Single-element Analysis of Variance (SAOV) is used in the novel method, via analyzing the original data get the statistic F, the influence of SNR can be analyzed by F, via mathematics method the index is normalized. By simulation and analyze, this novel method can estimate the stability of characteristic parameters accurately, and choose the best parameter for different applied demands.
