Abstract
This paper derives a technique that refines the single-key-lock control system which has been proposed in recent years. We convert a number of matrix entries into an integer and then store it in memory. When access is requested, some appropriate integers are decoded into their unique original matrix entries for the system to control the accesses. The memory reduction for this refinement is more than 85%. In addition, an extension of this access system to dynamic computing environments is presented
