Abstract
At present, China´s software outsourcing has become an important direction of software industry. Undertaking international software outsourcing benefits the growth of software enterprises of China. As we all known, Software enterprises are knowledge-intensive companies. Knowledge management, especially the knowledge sharing management, is considered as the key factors which influence the success of software outsourcing project between China and Japan. On the basis of knowledge sharing literature study this paper analyzes software outsourcing enterprise knowledge sharing in the implementation process and effect combined with the practical software outsourcing enterprise case. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to software outsourcing business.
