Abstract
In this work, a tunable aperture coupled patch antenna operating at Ka band and Ku band, using a thin film ferroelectric layer is reported. The use of the thin ferroelectric film above the coupling aperture provided an increase in the tunability of the antenna by increasing the coupling between the feed line and the radiating patch.
