Abstract :
With the rapid development of the intelligent mobile terminal equipment, all kinds of English word mobile learning software have been appeared on the market. These learning software make way to memorize English words more diversified and efficient. However, many words in the thesaurus software are simply presented to the learner, but do not reflect the memory management function modules. In addition, on the memory management implementation part, although some software are based on the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve to design review phrase repeated reminders, but they do not have a good combination with learners´ characteristics. In this context, this paper presents a genetic algorithm combined with Ebbinghaus curve design vocabulary review module, enabling to achieve the design scheme of word memory management software, the function of memorizing English words.
