After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises has been a concern for a long time. This paper try to discuss the strategy that how can small and medium-sized enterprises do to meet the interests of credit financing of the key stakeholders to get out of the woods. We believe that small and medium-sized enterprises shouldn´t wait for the improvement of the macroeconomic environment including the improvement of banks and government policies. They must meet the needs of bank credit, establish a win-win concept between banks and enterprises, and become the bank´s high-quality customer step by step. Only in this way can they solve the difficulty of credit financing thoroughly.
