Abstract :
The prerequisites of interactive digital educational television program can be used efficiently as an interactive digital educational television program by cataloging as scientific, normative and with detail. The setting of the cataloged metadata, the layer of structure and the method of the cataloguing will influence capturing, editing, broadcasting, storage, sharing and exchanging of the educational program. The purpose of this study is to try to research setting of the detailed catalogue rules, to develop the catalogued metadata element, the layer of structure and the catalogued method. This is according to the teaching and educational particularity of the interactive digital teaching program, with the reference to "radio and television material catalog rules", "Radio and Television program classification" as issued by the State Administration of Radio Film and Television. It is combined with "Chinese E-Learning Technology Stardard-42 (CELTS-42) basic education resource metadata specification", so that the catalog of the interactive digital educational television program could be catalogued with more pertinence and operation, thereby making it suitable for teaching and satisfying the actual demand of television production.
