Abstract :
Based on defining the vulnerability of regional social and economic system, this paper attempts to construct a set of synthetic evaluation indices. The weights of the various indices are calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The synthetic evaluation of vulnerability of regional social and economic system is evaluated by means of grey clustering. The evaluation results is scientific and objective.
