The joint development of Multinational Corporations (MNCs)´ investment and the investment undertaken by underdeveloped area has a great significance for multinational corporations to make more profits, as well as for underdeveloped area to promote their economic development. Collaborative Principles are applicable to the research on Multinational corporations´ investment and investment undertaken by underdeveloped area. Based on analyzing the collaborative features of multinational corporations´ investment and the investment undertaken by underdeveloped area, this paper explores the order parameter and control parameters and constructs the collaborative model of multinational corporations´ investment and the investment undertaken by underdeveloped area. Besides, the paper sets up the order degree model of multinational corporations´ investment profit and the contribution of multinational corporations´ investment to economic growth of underdeveloped area, and carries out quantitative analysis on the effectiveness of the collaborative degree model towards multinational corporations´ investment and the investment attracting behavior of underdeveloped area.
