  • Abstract
In order to cope with today´s increasingly severe information security situations, trying to start develop the national information security literacy with students, information security education has been carried out in many countries around the world. Based on the clarification of the connotation of information security literacy, this paper conducted a survey of current situation of ISL education of undergraduates of four Chinese universities, and analyzed problems existed in the aspects of objectives, contents, methods and evaluation approaches of information security literacy training program and concluded that time-space constraints are the main causes of current problems. By referring to the ubiquitous learning theory, this manuscript constructed a scheme for information security literacy training, and summarized the three-layer and three-category training objectives, and designed the structural model and learning contents under the ubiquitous learning environment of information security education, explicitly stated the multiple ubiquitous training process and methods for entire educational period of undergraduates, and proposed the measurement and evaluation solutions for group test and self-test of ISL.
