Abstract
After the introduction of reengineering theory into China, Chinese business conducted reengineering on a grand and spectacular scale. Some business was successful, but some failed. Based on current situation and distinctiveness of Chinese business reengineering it put forward house pattern which is fit for Chinese business. Business process reengineering based on value chain, informatization and the management reengineering make up of the ground of the house. Culture reengineering organization reengineering and talents reengineering make up of pillars of the house. Chinese business reengineering should be carried out by step and by stage and follow the circle of PDCA.
