Because of some problems in interdisciplinary education for Chinese University, the paper analyzes the situation and problems of interdisciplinary education organization. So, this article put forward a construction model of interdisciplinary education organization, including making a clear strategic objective, setting up organization and management operation mechanism of interdisciplinary education, building interdisciplinary innovative talent development system, etc. Then, it explores the organization of carrying out the interdisciplinary education, the Interdisciplinary Education Committee.
