Valuation for the organization structure based on the management entropy theroy

Management Entropy is the theory that applies entropy to enterprise management. In a complex and dynamic situation, an enterprise needs timely and accurate information to make right decision. By applying the structure entropy in management system, we can appraise the sequential degree of the system quantitatively by weighing the timeliness and accuracy of the information. In this paper, this theory is used to evaluate the organization structure of the enterprise.
