Abstract
In this paper, a new synthesis and optimization tool for switched current filters is presented. Optimization algorithm, which is based on a simulated annealing engine, utilizes closed form expressions that involve MOS transistor imperfection parameters. Optimization procedure determines the transistor sizes to yield the minimum chip size and the minimum power dissipation for a given filter specification
