Abstract :
In this paper key presumptions and prerequisites of e-cluster organization and sustain development in TIMES technology sectors (TIMES - Telecommunication, Information technology, Multimedia, Entertainment, Security) are analyzed and how can integrate small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the e-cluster. E-clustering is macroeconomic policy and strategy with crucial impact on horizontal and vertical integration of SMEs in TIMES sectors and regional development. Possibilities of vertical e-clusters and building new value added e-chains as opposed horizontal e-clusters and their entering in large supply chain are compared. Innovation and knowledge are presented as drivers of horizontal and vertical e-cluster development.
