Abstract :
In this paper we report on the successful formation of tin oxide nanowires and tin oxide nanoribbon with high yield and by using simple cheap method. We also report the formation of curved nanoribbon, wedge-like tin oxide nanowires and star-like nanowires. The growth mechanism of these structures has been studied.
