Abstract
To stably transport a solution via electrokinetic flow, the transportation should be characterized. We observe electrokinetic flow through a nano pipette for cellular delivery. We investigate the effect of time dependency on electrokinetic flow by repeating ejection. Our findings indicate that the volume and rate are proportional to applied voltage. Ejection volume was 200 pL/s at 10 V in TE buffer. The ejection is stable in TE buffer, while the ejection in PBS changes during experiments. We measure a current change of PBS and TE. The ejection change can be explained by ion transportation.
