Abstract :
Two micro fibre optic flow checkers are presented in this paper. They are used for a medical analysis to control a solvent flow up to 1 mul/min resolution. A fibre optic sensor as well as a hydraulic system arc the principle components of these flow checkers. This paper describes the principle and the experiment setup. It gives the linearity, the repeatability and the stability results.
