After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Dialectical materialism is a kind of science about the common rule that nature, society and thoughts of human beings develop, and is the fundamental method for people understand the world and change it. It is urgent for the college education in ideology and politics to use the method to solve some related questions. Dialectical materialism has methodological significance to college education in ideology and politics. This paper made a brief analysis on the application of dialectical materialism in teaching in college education in ideology and politics.
