Abstract
The contribution is focused on multiuser detection of code-division multiplexed signals - direct- sequence CDMA. A very efficient detection of an individual signal within synchronous CDMA mitigating multiuser interference as well as additive noise is MMSE multiuser detection. Its adaptive version minimizes the prior information necessary for an optimized detector design. In the contribution the optimization of parameters of detectors based on steepest descent of target MMSE penalty function is summarized.
