Abstract :
In this paper, we established the production systems of platelet by micro chip. First, we succeeded in causing two-way flow in the slit portion by improving the shape of micro chip. Next, to product platelet, we put megakaryocyte (Cells that produce platelets) in this micro chip. We trapped it at the slit. And we gave two-way flow to megakaryocyte to product platelets. Furthermore, we have successfully recovered platelets. And the number of platelets increased than stationary culture.
