Abstract
SC-cut resonators have disadvantage the low resistance of B - mode, making it difficult to use in some cases. Using a FEM calculations was determined the surface density of the polarization charges of C and B modes at SC-cut resonator plate. Based at these calculations was manufactured and measured parameters of few constructions. As result, the SC-cut resonators with resistance ratio B-mode to C-mode more than 2.
