Abstract
Now E-commerce has been developed in China more and more markets competition corpus has already been swarm about in the virtual market to look for the more vivid bargain method and more simple bargain link. According to the difference between online commerce corpus and individual entities, it is more important and urgent to research online business entity. Therefore, our country should modify and perfect the relevant law, definite online commerce corpus, regulate its online commercial registration, and carry out law system to encourage online merchants in China.
