Abstract :
The FPOCS for traceable calibration of 20-GHz oscilloscope sampling channels using pulse signals, is described. It is PC-based and includes precision step generation hardware, novel algorithms for parameter estimation, timebase correction, reference step deconvolution, and uncertainty analyses. Preliminary tests show good agreement between the FPOCS results and the manufacturer calibrations for 10% - 90% transition duration of oscilloscope sampling channels
