Abstract :
L-3 Communications Electron Technologies (L-3 ETI) is in production on a next-generation 130-W K-band traveling-wave tube (TWT) in a both a radiation-cooled and a conduction-cooled package. This TWT is both more manufacturable and has better performance than the previous production K-band TWT.
