System dynamics model for sustainable development of colleges

This paper studies the administration and development of Chinese colleges based on system dynamics. It determines the key factors through the causal loop diagram. It analyzes various factors in the system, and then proposes methods of sustainable development of colleges. The research shows the dialectical relationship between the state investment in colleges and its development. The study reveals that the college management level and the teachers´ level are to guarantee the sustainable development of colleges.
