Abstract :
For the fluidity of project, the paper exploits the evaluating model of its fluidity by the relationships of its fluidity and fund reclaimed time, quantity. Then, it develops the indexes of risk evaluation, as the yield standard criterion in fluidity of project, the indexes of project risk yield. So they are more reasonable for decision-making of project.
