Abstract
Confocal Laser Microscope is being paid attention as precision measuring device. This system can especially measure the inside of the sample without damaging it [1],[2]. So this system is expected to be applied to medical treatment and biology. However, it is a problem that current product of confocal laser microscope is very expensive, complicated and large as well. In this report, we examine the constitution of the optical system of our device for the purpose of developing a small and inexpensive confocal laser microscope. We confirm that we can measure various samples with our proposed system. We confirm measure precision of this system by measuring a standard instrument. Moreover, we examine fitting adjacent layer images with using SURF with different position gaps at the time of measuring samples.
