  • Abstract
    A compact high power microwave phase shifter is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a novel dual circular polarizer which can convert the input rectangular waveguide TE10 mode to the circular waveguide pure circular polarized TE11 mode is designed. Then a metal plug driven by a high-speed sever motor is used to adjust the output RF phase by changing the position of the movably short dual circular polarized port. The output RF phase varies 360° by moving a half of the guided wavelength. The cold tests and high power microwave experiment have been carried out which are consistent with the theory design perfectly.
