Abstract
Safety cost of coal mines keeps an important relationship with safety accident. Safety cost is composed of guaranteed safety and safety failure. At present, statistic analytical method and theoretical numeration have a certain limitation in calculating the cost of safety failure. Through model design of economic benefits, whether safety investment or not in producing system of coal mines, this paper probes the calculation following two levels of countable economic loss and concealed economic loss in the cost of safety failure. Comparing with traditional calculating methods, it considers time value of financing, avoids missing or repeated calculating loss probably caused by enumerate method, and suggests evaluation steps of the cost of safety failure.
