Study on the development paths of third party institution in China and its revelation

Under the background of third party institution of Chinese testing industry, the promotion factors of development of the third-party institution in China were analyzed. The paper chose SGS which was the largest testing and certification organizations in the world and Huace which was the first successful listing and the largest domestic private testing organization of China as the research objects, by analyzing the development process of these institutions, the different paths to their development were summed up, revelations for China to build national brand was put forward based on above study.
