A New Hybrid Method to Evaluate the HRP Performance Based on FCE and AHP

The primary ability of staff members in different department of electric power enterprises is different. If want to select a member from the lower departments as the general manager, the enterprises must conduct a comprehensive evaluation to those candidates. According to the working characteristics of electric power enterprises, this paper set different index weights for different department in which member has different ability to focus on and evaluate the human resources promotion (HRP) performance using AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) Method. These methods can avoid the injustice which may be caused by subjective factors, and can assessment the comprehensive ability of the other members to arrange the suitable jobs. The experiment result of the three members in the electric power enterprises shows that this hybrid method to evaluate the HRP performance is reliable and effective.
