Abstract :
This paper compares the early-warning model of financial crisis home and abroad, using multiple logistic regression method to build an early warning model for enterprise financial crisis in e-commerce environment. Test results show that the model can accurately estimate the samples, and help control the samples. The accuracy rate of discriminate analysis of the model shows that the model has a good reputation for having the early-warning effect.
