Abstract :
This paper analyzes the research background and significance of performance of industry-university cooperation, and focus on discusses the industry-university cooperation data in 28 provinces through the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) evaluation. Research shows that technical efficiency and scale efficiency of 7 and 8 provinces in 28 provinces is relatively ideal, the majority of provinces remains to improve the performance of industry-university cooperation; most provinces (municipalities) of production and learning cooperation performance is still being increased, should actively develop efficient and sustainable industry-university cooperation policy and system to improve performance of industry-university cooperation.
