Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Based on the analysis of current situations of logistics finance of SMEs in China, existing problems, such as environmental risk, pledge risk, operational risk of financial institutions, management risk of logistics enterprises, are analyzed, countermeasures are proposed. The result show that to strengthen risk management of SMEs in China, should build a good legal framework for preventing risks; choose the appropriate pledge; expand financing channels; reinforce internal management of logistics enterprises.
