Abstract

In recent years, domestic and international oil and gas exploration in the oil fields made a high level of technology demands, oil companies working in the structure of scientific research and technological development and therefore a profound change occurred. Oil companies work on the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements have been undertaken for many years, the evaluation also conducted in-depth study, the results of the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements have been applied to work on research and management of scientific and technological progress has played a catalytic role, but through years of application, but also some of the evaluation of the accuracy of the considerable influence of the problem, to solve these problems, the article constructs a complete, targeted oil fields post the evaluation index system of scientific and technological achievements.
