After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper inquires into the spatial-temporal rule of circular economy competitiveness in the metropolitan region and puts forward the adjusting strategy that includes working out the development plan of circular economy competitiveness in the metropolitan region, optimizing structure of circular economy in the metropolitan region, encouraging the people´s green demands in the metropolitan region, promoting construction of integrated transportation sector, post and telecommunication sector in the metropolitan region, developping the circular advantageous industries and industrial clusters based on comparative advantage of circular economy in the metropolitan region and building the innovation systems of circular economy in the metropolitan region based on analysing the connotation of circular economy competitiveness in the metropolitan region.
